Compose a new text message on the phone which has your existing SIM in it. Write your PAC, followed by a space, then write the number which comes with the Vectone SIM and send your text to 0757 4212555. For example, if your PAC is 1234 and the Vectone SIM number is 1234567, your text would look like this: 1234 1234567.
If you have any problems, please call customer services on 020 7179 0134 (or free on 111 from your Vectone mobile).
Vectone will text you back to confirm that your existing number (NOT the number on the Vectone SIM) will be transferred to Vectone within one working day.
